Many women find that playing a role in choosing a family for their baby is an important part of making a plan. We will send you a packet of letters written by some of our adoptive families who are ready to adopt. Some women also go to our Parent Profile section of our Web site and find out more about individual families that way
After you have connected with one of Adoption Connection’s counselors, and feel ready to start making an adoption plan, we’ll ask you to fill out some forms. This will help us know a little bit more about you so that we can help you find the right family for your baby. We will also ask you to include a copy of a pregnancy verification (proof of pregnancy) from a clinic or doctor.
Filling out forms and sending in paperwork does NOT commit you to moving forward with an adoption plan. We can send this packet of material by email or regular mail in a confidential envelope.
